SPECIAL AUDITS |
NUPIC joint audit of DHI held 1999 SEP 20 to 23. DHI Calibration Services were audited for compliance to the DHI Laboratory QA Manual, Revision A. The audit team, consisting of members from American Electric Power Nuclear Generation (AEPNG) as the lead and Technical Specialist and members from STP Nuclear Operating Company and Baltimore Gas and Electric utilized NUPIC Audit Checklist Revision 8. DHI Calibration Services were found to meet the applicable requirements of NRC 10CFR50, Appendix B and 10CFR21 for the calibration and repair of deadweight testers, piston-cylinders, mass sets, platinum resistance thermometers and molbloc/molbox mass flow calibration systems provided as safety related to the nuclear industry. No findings were issued and no corrective actions are required. The audit summary and checklist have been placed in the NUPIC Database under Audit No. V-1548. |
