Most pressure calibration processes can benefit from automation. While automated calibration components are easily obtained, most users
do not have access to the necessary software development and hardware integration resources needed to develop them into an automated calibration system. COMPASS for Pressure
provides the missing link needed to get from automated hardware components to fully
automated calibrations...and without consuming your internal engineering resources or facing the uncertainty usually associated with getting automated systems on-line.
      

 

Using COMPASS for Pressure, you can create any number of calibration test scenarios; define characteristics of various devices under test (DUT); run tests; analyze test data and generate reports without ever leaving the program or you can export test data for analysis using other applications.

 

COMPASS’s flexible approach makes it easily adaptable to a wide variety of hardware and allows you to adjust the level of automation for a variety of tasks and hardware configurations from analog gauge calibration to fully automated multiple DUT test runs.

 

    • Designed for pressure calibration applications with process specific functions and features.
    • Runs complete, automated calibration sequences on single or multiple DUTs unattended,
      including leak testing and pretest exercising.
    • Can include multiple temperatures and/or pressure settings
    • Functions with all manufacturers' transfer standards, piston gauges and data
      acquisition hardware.
    • Readily adapts level of automation to available hardware and DUTs.
    • Calculates in and out of tolerance conditions and reports linearity and hysteresis for each DUT.
    • Creates standard test data files that are easily imported into  Microsoft® Excel and
      other software tools. Also outputs to an external database.
    • Advanced on-board report editor with simple template editing to produce customized calibration
      reports, and in Microsoft Word® format.
    • Security options on hardware setups, data files and reports to assist in compliance with
      FDA 21 CFR 11.
    • Multi-user, networkable application and database. Site license available.
    • Supported by a detailed manual and context sensitive HELP.

COMPASS® for molbox™

The DHI molbloc/molbox™, is a unique gas flow standard offering state of the art metrology from <1 sccm to 100 slm with a wide variety of gases and real time measurement capability. COMPASS for molbox software works with molbloc/molbox to create a full function calibration system.       programs if desired
