Turnaround time is a key feature of a calibration service. DHI strives to meet your expectations, first by quoting delivery time realistically and then by meeting the time quoted. With DHI, you'll get a delivery commitment you can count on. When it is possible to expedite services, expediting is offered at an additional charge. However, expedited service is never allowed to interfere with standard delivery commitments to other customers.

Qualified repair and reconditioning of pressure measuring and controlling instruments is available and spare parts are stocked for many lines. DHI has established relationships with other manufacturers so that when repairs are too extensive to be performed locally, we can get the repairs done promptly and your calibration job can be completed.

DHI offers on-site calibration services and has performed them throughout the United States and in other parts of the world. Calibration at your facility can be a cost effective method of servicing your standards and measuring devices. Downtime is minimized while the risks and inconveniences associated with shipping equipment offsite are eliminated.

A list of instruments to be calibrated, shipping expenses and travel and per diem are used to determine your fixed cost. Test reports documenting direct traceability to NIST and compliance with QA standards are furnished.

On-site calibration provides the opportunity to witness calibrations being performed and to consult directly with our pressure calibration specialists.

Additonally, DHI offers repair/overhaul services of DHI products and Desgranges et Huot piston gauges.
