PPCH-G

updates include

Ver 1.02c (2007 Oct 26)
CHG: Improve valve configuration sequence, selects best 2 out of 3 runs.
FIX: In high volume dynamic mode, control can overshoot target in which case controller would restart generation.
FIX: In high volume dynamic mode, pressure may oscillate at or around target.
FIX: In high volume dynamic mode or standard dynamic mode, pressure may change suddenly when approaching target, sometimes resulting in overshoot.
Ver 1.02b (2007 Jul 20)
ADD: Add support for 20M and 40M utility sensors
FIX: Upward pressure excursions in high volume dynamic mode may suddenly overshoot target.
FIX: “PCAL:HI?” and “PCAL:LO?” commands respond with ERR#6.
FIX: MODE command response does not include "MODE =".
FIX: Response to TP command does not update (to 0) after a VENT.
Ver 1.02a (2007 Feb 16)
FIX: Privileged command "!STEPHOMEx" malfunctions, always sending the outlet valve to the stop, not the selected valve to the stop and back home. (THIS FIX DOES NOT AFFECT REGULAR PPCH-G OPERATION).
Ver 1.02 (2007 Jan 15)
ADD: Passing UL shuts off the supply (valve 1).
ADD: Force a Not Ready indication during TPCU reset.
ADD: Improved volume determination in TPC configuration.
CHG: Valve control during TPC reset and effectiveness of reset improved.
CHG: Rezero valves after user and emergency aborts.
CHG: Control during standard dynamic control should not be READY until the TPC is controlling
- not during valve control.
FIX: Internally generated "auto" TPC configuration can be triggered when it should not.
FIX: If the volume argument is specified in a remote pressure set command then TPC autoconfiguration
should not run even on regeneration/TPC reset.
FIX: Possible error in valve configuration opening point calculation.
FIX: Change menus from "TPC config" to "Volume config".
FIX: Remote to local transition can lead to bad valve control or overshoot.
FIX: Vent light stays on if a remote to local operation occurs while venting remotely, even though
the unit has aborted and is not vented.
FIX: User and emergency aborts should take the valves to default home position.
FIX: Prevent premature valve to valve handoff during TPC reset.
FIX: Prevent valves from closing all the way to the zero position during control.
FIX: Very small excursions in standard dynamic mode should use TPC only.
FIX: Prevent upward ramp pressure control while the UL is tripped.
FIX: Improve TPC control and make scaling independent of valve control.
Ver 1.01a (2006 Jul 10)
CHG: Unit change using the remote "UNIT=" no longer assumes gauge mode. It stays in the existing
measurement mode.
CHG: Remove volume scaling from high volume dynamic mode freeze rate calculation.
FIX: Control in High Volume Dynamic mode sets and holds pressure slightly below target when descending.
FIX: Vent valve could open during vent process at high pressure during factory configuration
FIX: Escape from remote to local while ramping leaves RPT measurement in "fast" (200 ms) while
generation is aborted.
FIX: Changing user level can cause Pmax indication with utility sensor PPCH-G.
FIX: Error in valve configuration opening point calculation
FIX: Vent operation would not get ready if pressure error was too great.
FIX: ARANGE remote command is ignored and returns ERR #6 most of the time.
