Firmware upgrade utility. This program writes new releases of embedded software to the FLASH memory based products listed above. WinFlash 2.00 supports USB flashing and much faster RS232 Flashing for the PPC4 only. The next release of WinFlash 2.00 will obsolete the existing WinFlash.

Ver. 2.00 (09 April 20) Initial release of next generation flash upgrade utility. Ver 1.01 (08 AUG 20) ADD: Support for flashing the PPC4. FIX: The COM port entry is preserved when the device Flash is not detected and flashing is reinitiated. Ver 1.00i (02 AUG 12) ADD: Flash Header Check menu choice to verify the integrity of the BIOS prior to flashing. This option is necessary only under special instruction from DHI.

is a utility to install embedded software into DHI products with FLASH memory.

Download and run the file.

The installation program will prompt you through the process.

To upgrade a product you
must download the corresponding .bin file from the products' embedded software page. Click on the appropriate product link:

[pressure] [flow] [PPC4].

Run the WinFlash program, choose write to product and select the downloaded .bin file.

Make sure the correct COM port of the product is connected to a RS232 port on the host PC. Use a null modem cable to COM2 port of PG7000 Piston Gauge. Use a standard RS232 cable to COM1 port of all other DHI equipment.

The program will prompt you through this process.
